Organized Chaos

Getting ready for show in Bel Air....But, truthfully, our table pretty much looks like this  most of the time anyway  :) One of the Wonderful things about dolls is that there are no boundaries....Do whatever floats your boat and makes you HAPPY...Works well for us...Happy Thanksgiving !!!

Excited about the seasons changing...The colors are wonderful ..Inspires creativity.. (Hopefully).. I found an old mold from artist Angela Sutter ( I know!!)..Poured her head in paper-mache and gave her a jointed cloth body...Love the face but I need some work on her body.. Wouldn't she make a WONDERFUL trunk doll for a child ( of ANY age) ?

Decisions...Decisions

 Iris is a one of a kind, wax over porcelain...  she is 17 inches..Seriously contimplating shrinking her at least twice....She is strung with elastic which, I believe, allows for easier posing....( Besides, It worked pretty well for Jumeau )

I have been following this astonishing artist for years...A full time nurse and dedicated reproduction artist....Her waiting list is VERY long and closed more often than not. Taking the plunge!!!

So anxious to get this right and so worried that I won't. Please forgive my blunders, much like learning how to walk. I NEED to learn how to blog which,hopefully, will allow me to share my love of family...friends...my Doll business and whatever happens to tap me on my shoulder to beg recognition.....It's a wonderful opportunity for me to connect and RUN with it.....
